Why we started Louie’s
Louie’s Outdoor Care is run by Wyatt and Michael — a father-and-son team from the Sutherland Shire. We started with a simple observation: the people who most need a hand outside — NDIS participants, older locals, families booking on behalf of someone they love — are exactly the people who most need someone dependable. Someone who turns up on the day they said they would. Someone whose face you recognise at the gate.
So that’s the business we built. We keep it deliberately personal: it’s the two of us on the tools, the two of us on the phone, and the two of us responsible for every lawn we look after. When you book Louie’s, you’re not getting whoever the roster spat out that week — you’re getting us.
We’re also serious about doing this the right way, not just the easy way. That’s why we became a registered NDIS provider, why we both hold police checks, and why our Working With Children Checks are underway — because the trust of the families and coordinators we work with is the whole foundation of this business.

We turn up when we say we will. If something genuinely changes — weather, breakdown — you hear from us before the appointment time, not after.

Your home is your home. We’re patient, we’re courteous, we work around your routine, and we treat every yard like it belongs to our own family — because for our clients, it does.

Plain-English quotes in writing, honest advice even when it costs us a job, and updates after visits for family members and coordinators who want them.
Safety
Careful work around pets, plants and people. We flag trip hazards and problems we spot, and we never leave a yard less safe than we found it.
