Good to know

Questions we hear a lot.

Do I need to be home when you visit?

No — as long as we can safely access the yard (an unlocked side gate is usually all it takes), you don’t need to be there. Plenty of our clients prefer it that way. If you’d rather be home, that’s completely fine too.

How does NDIS invoicing work?

We’re a registered NDIS provider, so we can support you whether your plan is agency-managed, plan-managed or self-managed. We issue NDIS-ready invoices and can send them directly to your plan manager, so there’s nothing for you to chase up.

Can a support worker, coordinator or family member book for someone else?

Absolutely — it happens all the time and we make it easy. Tell us who the service is for and who we should contact about scheduling and invoices, and we’ll keep everyone in the loop the way that suits you.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes — mower, edger, whipper snipper, blower and fuel. You don’t need to supply a thing, and we don’t need access to your power or shed.

How often should a lawn be mowed?

In the Shire, most lawns want a cut roughly every two weeks through the warmer growing months and every three to four weeks in winter. We’ll recommend a schedule for your grass type and adjust it with the seasons — you won’t pay for visits the lawn doesn’t need.

What areas do you cover?

The Sutherland Shire — Sutherland, Miranda, Caringbah, Cronulla, Gymea, Engadine, Menai and surrounding suburbs. If you’re nearby but not sure, just ask.
